Shanghai - Corydon

Shanghai offers fantastic Chinese cuisine with remarkably quick service. While the ambiance may not be the most impressive, it won't deter anyone from returning. Keep up the excellent food, and customers will keep coming back time and time again!

The food is of excellent quality and freshly prepared, so it does take a bit longer than fast food. However, that's perfectly fine.

I opted for the large fish sandwich (which, by the way, why not just call it a sandwich?) and it was a bit overwhelming, featuring an extra piece of fish stacked on top for an additional $3. My wife made a smart choice with the small fish sandwich, and I ended up having to remove that extra piece. I also got the large onion rings and ended up eating most of them myself, so take my advice: go for the small fish sandwich and the small onion rings (they're not that small!) and I think you’ll really enjoy your meal. We certainly did!

The food was good, but the rice could be cooked a little longer. After eating half of my food, I gave the rice to the other half. When I rested later in the night, the rice was perfect after sitting in the sauce for a while. No table service, but that's not a big deal. Especially as many places still do. The most important thing was that the building was hardly air-conditioned. But it was extremely hot in recent days with some areas even with roll blackouts. So they could only try not to revise the air conditioning systems and lose it overall. The air question would probably have been more tolerable if the wells gave drinks with ice and refills instead of 20oz. Drink.

The food seems to be good but the inside of the place is dirty, which makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. I'm not sure i will get from there again. And i waited longer than the time they said a lot longer.
