Il nuovo chef è arrivato ad inizio dicembre e, a mio parere, sarà un successo! Da provare il menu degustazione di otto portate, tutte molto riuscite , sapori decisi e bell'impiattamento. Location caratteristica ed intima. Servizio cordiale e attento. Eccellente carta dei vini. Ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità. Consigliatissimo! Sicuramente torneremo

Siamo stati in questo bellissimo ristorante per cena.Location da favola.. sala interna molto caratteristica e tavoli apparecchiati in modo ineccepibile.Abbiamo optato per la scelta di piatti diversi dal menù degustazione.Qui sono iniziati i problemi … purtroppo i tempi tra una portata e l’altra hanno creato parecchia noia. Ad esempio , per far arrivare i primi insieme , la portata dei Mezzi paccheri, ricci di mare, sgombro e aglio nero, è arrivata praticamente fredda. Piccola pecca sull’ Anatra Petto, patate dolci, fegato grasso, noce moscata Canederlo di coscia nel suo consommé . La prima parte del Petto dopo qualche boccone aveva un gusto “troppo” spiccato di selvatico.Un vero peccato anche perché , come quasi tutte le portare sono state ben eseguite. Da qui si evidenzia il problema di voler gestire un menù diverso per lo stesso tavolo. (un addetto alla sala , dopo aver terminato la prima portata .. ci ha chiesto se volevamo il dolce).Un plauso alla sommelier Elisa ! bravissima nella gestione e presentazione della carta vini , servizio e valore aggiunto alla serata .

Not a MIchelin level restaurant: service is the only thing at the level, in general food was uninspiring. Scampi presented in a half shelf, claws were not not cracked open, no pliers were provided for this, we had to scrape the meat out of the shell with a regular, however small fork. Any run-of-the mill restaurant in Liguria, where we live, would provide scampi raw or cooked at half the price. Here we paid E70.00! for a plate of scampi with something on the side. The description of the dish in the menu was totally inadequate. Turbot, which normally is a fish with a lot of taste, was bland and not interesting. Various in-between bits and pieces were of variable interest. Very disappointing.

An excellent restaurant serving contemporary Italian food. We had an 8 course menu with wine pairing or tasting. The food is excellent, the wine pairing/tasting was not interesting enough I would skip it.

Located in a beautiful hotel, La Perla, this 1 star presents creative dishes from the region. The decor straddles the fine line between mountain lodge chic and European modern and encompasses both perfectly. The food tries to stay local and the creativity was impressive.
