Mcdonald's - Cortlandt Manor

It's a McDonald's! The food is good, and the French fries are nicely salted. This has become our second choice for a McDonald's.

The service was awful. The staff neglected the customers inside the restaurant, focusing solely on those in the drive-thru. They didn't acknowledge us at all or even say, "I'll be right with you." This was totally unprofessional, even for fast food.

A few days later, I returned for breakfast and everything went smoothly. However, today I ordered two Happy Meals, a McChicken bundle, and two ten-piece nuggets, and the food was terrible. I forced myself to eat it rather than waste money, which turned out to be a bad decision. It not only tasted bad but also sent me running to the bathroom, solidifying my decision not to eat there again. Prior to these incidents, the service and food quality were satisfactory. I'm not sure what has changed, but I can't justify eating there anymore. It's disappointing, especially since I have family members who might want to dine there, but I simply can't go back after these experiences. The thought of finding hair in my food is unsettling, especially with everything happening these days. I urge anyone considering eating here to check their food carefully. I've learned my lesson and will be looking for other options in the future—it's been a loss of time, money, and peace of mind. First, I ate hair, and now I dealt with hard, stale food that caused me digestive issues.

Tables are not always clean, otherwise a nice place if you like fast food

I was so happy to find that this location has ice cream as there is a problem with the McDonald's franchise where they want their vendors to only use one model number of ice cream maker that has many defects. People there are very friendly and theplace was very clean.
