Cortland Beer Company

I was pleasantly surprised at how not bad the beers were- I’m pretty critical on brews but compared to more well known spots like Meiers Creek and 1911, their brewer here is much better. The Black Widow Stout is a good one. The guy bartending was really cool- definitely worth a stop!

What else can I add that hasn't already been mentioned? I travel for work and have the chance to explore various towns, but Cortland has pleasantly surprised me more than many others. Given its reputation, I think it's a fantastic place. I happened to stop by CBC two nights in a row, and both times I was welcomed with a smile and enjoyed some excellent beer. To my delight, there was also live music both nights featuring local New York bands! I truly enjoy attending shows like this. I highly recommend it!

Nice place, got here on a monday, quiet, but understandable, good beer, good variety, nice bartender Vinny. Helpful for me to learn the area, as my daughter starts school here. Can definitely see the potential for this place to be a good time on a weekend. Recommend a visit!

My boyfriend and I were in town for a concert and stumbled upon this restaurant, so we decided to stop in to pass some time. This place is fantastic! The prices are very reasonable, the drinks are delicious, and they have the BEST slushies. I highly recommend it to everyone. The staff and owner were incredibly friendly as well!

I wish I could give this place a 4.5. We arrived around 8:30 PM on a Tuesday and timed it perfectly between trivia night refills. The bartender was extremely welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. We placed our food order, and it came out so quickly that the staff even went out of their way to divide our single sub and fry order into two separate platters. All the beers we sampled in our flight were great as well!
