Boudin Sf - Corte Madera

This restaurant is situated within the mall complex, and there was no wait for a table. The clam chowder bread soup had fine flavors, but nothing exceptional. The Impossible burger had solid and well-cooked Impossible meat. However, the classic French dip sandwich was disappointing, with dry meat lacking flavor. I would not order it again. Overall, I believe that if I had considered Boudin more in the same category as Panera or Corner Bakery, I would have been less disappointed. The quality seems to have declined since they expanded to multiple locations.

I haven't had boudin in a while, but this time I tried the classic clam chowder in a bread bowl which was delicious. There were a bit too many potatoes for my taste, but it was still a classic dish. The sourdough bread was excellent as always. I especially enjoy their chocolate sourdough, although I didn't see it at this location - the San Francisco location always has it.

Horrible customer service and bland food. My aunts and I decided to have lunch here for the first time instead of Cheesecake Factory which was a huge mistake. We walked in and as we were looking at the menu and trying to decide for the first time (mind you, no one behind us), the cashier is rushing to take our order. This employee seemed like he did not want to be there or talk to anyone at all, very unfriendly. I ordered an impossible burger with NO cheese and NO mayo. My aunt ordered a chowder bread bowl. We open our order, my burger had both cheese and mayo on it, and the bread bowl was missing. We had to dreadfully approach the employee who didn't seem like he wanted to be there. No apology, eye contact, and barely even an acknowledgment of the error. Thankfully we finally got our order but we would've been better off getting Mcdonald's. This was our first and last experience at this place. Do not recommend.

I used to love Boudin and have been a customer for years, but this particular location has really gone downhill. During my last visit, the line to order was extremely long with only one person taking orders during the busy lunch rush on a Saturday. After finally receiving our food, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes, only to find out that half of our order was incorrect. The staff member who brought our food showed no remorse and seemed annoyed when we asked for the correct items. It's a shame, because I would have been a regular customer if the service was at least somewhat decent.

Horrible, horrible service. Do not show up right when they open and expect to be served. Every morning all of the employees sit around at opening time and eat breakfast. Today I stood there for about five minutes while they were all eating breakfast and nobody came over to take my order. This has happened multiple times now. Where the employees sit around and eat breakfast when the store is open instead of helping customers.
