Kinda bleak, to be honest… like a ghost of its old self. Also, they don’t have that nitro brew they used to ?, just cold brew. Severe reduction of staff seems to be causing significant delays. I’ve now spent 22 minutes and 37 seconds in the drive-through building up enough resentment energy to power an Amy’s drive through.

Very much impressed with visiting Amy after buying products for years. Soup, chilli et al were good. Solid price point on all menu items. Serene location before or after Golden Gate Bridge. Staff, very pleasant and welcoming.
