La Cabaña Restauant - Corsicana

Great authentic Mexican food, the interior is cute and well decorated for a small restaurant. The wait staff is friendly and accommodating. The food was great, they offer wonderful Mexican enchilada's (not Tex Mex) but their Tex-Mex is just as good. Two types of salsa super hot and super flavorful, then super flavorful but not so hot. If you like real Mexican food you'll enjoy eating here.

We loved it! First time here and we will definitely go back. It's not fancy. The prices are great. Very awesome waitstaff. I had to say the refried beans and rice are FABULOUS!! I even order them to take home for later. If you're in Corsicana do yourself a favor and try them out

Tortilleria Matehula is a family-owned establishment that serves some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. While on a road trip, I decided to stop in for a meal and ordered four tacos—Carnitas, Carne Asada, Chorizo, and Al Pastor—along with rice and chips with salsa. Everything was absolutely fantastic. The prices are more reasonable than what you'd find at a fast-food restaurant, and the flavors are unparalleled for anyone who enjoys Mexican cuisine. Currently, the dining area is closed due to staffing shortages since the pandemic, but they offer takeout, and my order was ready quickly. The food is definitely worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Got the street tacos and was satisfied. I wish their salsa was a little more chunky but everyone likes it differently.

The restaurant offers very traditional dishes from central Mexico. The atmosphere is great, and the street tacos are excellent. The refried beans are also delicious, and the service is good.
