Souper Salad! - Corpus Christi

We visited my mother's restaurant for the first time, and it was a success! The place is very clean, the food is delicious and fresh. I highly recommend checking it out! The dessert choices were impressive, especially the Strawberry Shortcake—absolutely delicious!

The salad bar offered a great variety of products, and everything appeared fresh and beautifully presented. The entire restaurant was lovely and clean. I would definitely recommend it again.

Had a great time! They offer an excellent selection of dishes and desserts. Plus, they provide military discounts! Each visit, you can choose from 4 or 5 different soups along with a large salad bar. The service is fantastic, but the restroom could use some attention. I recommend asking for a straw and going before you arrive. Overall, it's a great deal!

The buffet bars were well stocked clean. The veggies were fresh and crisp. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. You could also add chicken for a small up charge. In addition to green salad and fresh veggies they had prepared salads, 5 soup choices, baked potato bar, nacho bar, bread, muffins etc, fruit soft serve ice cream. It is a limited menu, but was good for what it is. I especially appreciated the staff. They seem to understand the concept of customer service.

Delicious soups and build-your-own salads. I don't understand the part of the menu that isn't buffet, probably because I've never tried. I always get the buffet because it's a reasonable price and the food is great. It is also clean and modern-feeling.
