Saltgrass Steak House - Corpus Christi

The T-bone steak was perfectly cooked, one of the best I've had while being delivered. Excellent job!

The food was not up to par. The steak was overcooked and they did not provide any cutlery. Additionally, the baked potato was missing butter.

I order from Saltgrass about every other day, and my two favorites are the Chicken Laredo and the Maudlin steak. I wish there were more restaurants in Corpus Christi that took the same pride in their food and service as Saltgrass, whether dining in or getting takeout!

10oz Ribeye was perfectly cooked, side order salad w/blue cheese was yummy and mashed potatoes were so tasty.

Baked potato number 1 asked for butter and sour cream only with extra butter and extra sour cream. they stuffed my potato with onions!!! and there is NO butter. Second baked potato asked for butter, sour cream, bacon, and cheese all on the side. NO butter. And they stuffed the potato with Onions. Steak number one asked for Heinz 57. There is NONE. Steak number 2 asked for Heinz 57. There is NONE. There are No Straws. and salads have 3 croutons
