Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet

The sushi was of good quality, and the restaurant had excellent air conditioning. There was even an indoor Koi pond at the entrance! I tried the stuffed shelled crab, and the dumplings were as sweet as cake pops. The prices are quite reasonable, averaging just over $10 per person for lunch.

Great food and exceptional pricing. Buffet for all day Sunday, was $11, It's truly all you can eat and there are so many option. They got a little bit of everything. Don't pass this place up if you want a great buffet, five star, nice work to everyone at the Hibachi Grill!

Definitely a good Chinese buffet, lots of options. Some things were a bit disappointing, like the General Tso's chicken which had sat in its sauce for too long, but there were enough choices that everyone found things they liked. The lost star was for dirty restrooms.

It was alright, not the best experience but I was really hungry. The broccoli beef was a bit off and had a strange flavor. I also tried the noodles, and the spicy shrimp dish had some chicken mixed in. The sushi was decent. I probably won’t be in a hurry to return, but that’s just my opinion.

Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet has an impressive name, but that’s about the only standout feature. They do offer an extensive variety of buffet items, and they require guests to wear disposable gloves while serving themselves. Unfortunately, the quality of the food barely reaches three stars. Freshness and crispness are significantly lacking. It would be better if they reduced the selection by 30-50% and focused on improving quality instead. Rotating the menu items throughout the month could also provide more variety, rather than serving a lot of mediocre choices all the time. The cost for one adult buffet and a soda is nearly $20, and after adding a tip, you’re spending over $20 per person for subpar food. For that price, you could enjoy a fantastic, fresh seafood dinner in Corpus with table service. The staff aren't exactly rude, but they also don’t come across as friendly; a simple warm greeting or a “thank you” would make a significant difference. I hope this feedback, along with others, can help them improve.
