Cancun Seafood - Corpus Christi

I went for happy hour, best deals on drinks on appetizers. It has a very good local feeling, and everything I ate was great. I wanted to try out the challenge of the hot wing, but they were out. I had the fish and chips (recommended) buffalo wings, and coconut shrimp (also recommended), and the margarita. The service was a little slow as it was the post dinner. We also ordered sushi, but the wait for an hour, so we skipped it. We did everything we ordered. Perfect lunch time in hot summers!!!

Great Island Restaurant, that will actually cook what you will catch on site for a small fee. We ordered fried pickles as starters. Thin cut well seasoned dough with one side homemade ranch. Ours arrived after our meal and they were not as hot as I would like, but still good. Next to Texas crunchy roll (Tempura scattered shrimp) and the Tarantula roll (soft shelled crab) these were great! Very fresh tasting. Last was fireworks-flounder. This bad boy has some heat, but sooooo good. I stole the show.

Food about lunch and service / food was great. I'm not a connoisseur of fresh oysters, but the 1/2 dozen we have, we're good. The fried pickles were homemade and amazing! Our main dishes were good and ranged from seafood to burgers.

The food was great, and our waitress was so informative of our questions. We also enjoyed the guitarist game. Prices are good minus drinks. Great place also for pets and they have a menu for pets. Definitely my dogs next time.

We tried this place SCUTTLEBUTT 'S SEAFOOD BAR AND GRILL for the first time. It was fun, loud and a very great experience. Music is really good and although it does sound loud, it has an intimate feel at your table. My husband and I had a fun-tastic time and we 're looking forward to going back again next week. Food, service and drinks are all exceptional.
