Bill Miller -b-q - Corpus Christi

The BBQ flavor was very lacking, and it tasted like it had been reheated rather than freshly prepared. The BBQ is not made on-site but shipped in from another location. If you don't see or smell smoke, it's not authentic.

Bill Miller is fantastic! The portion sizes are generous, and the food is always fresh!

I just got back from there and I ordered tacos. When I got home, I found that the tortillas were undercooked and hard. I can't believe you're actually serving such poor-quality tortillas. I've been to the Ayers location before, and their tortillas were cooked perfectly and fluffy. I'm really disappointed with Bill Miller's Everhart location. Just take a look at this raw tortilla!

Service was terrible, waited 20 minutes at dining hadn't received our order a #2 and a #4 ,So I got up checker the one that told me I'll take your order to the table told me can I help you,,I replied yes hadn't gotten my order she replied what you order gave her my receipt waited longer because they completely forgot about us,wasn't even busy,I was ? ?

Some of the best barbecue I’ve had in a long time. The woman working the window had awesome customer service and the food was great! Only thing I would change is I wish the meal came with cornbread.Great prices! I’ll be back!
