The atmosphere is definitely enjoyable. It’s like a subway experience but with pizza, and the staff is quite attractive as well!

We ended up waiting an absurdly long time for our order. Other similar restaurants have been more organized, leading to shorter wait times and staff who seem to know their roles better. After we paid, we continued to wait... and wait... and wait. Eventually, we received our pizzas, but the kid's drink and side were missing. I didn’t even notice right away after waiting so long; we just wanted to eat. The pizza was decent. Our daughter liked hers, and ours was okay, although they had added diced onions to the Margherita. Everything seemed fine until we got home, but we felt very let down by the service. To get straight to the point, my daughter ended up with food poisoning, which has been incredibly difficult to deal with. Poor thing. I suspect the olives might be the culprit since she’s the only one who got sick, and we didn’t have olives on our pizza. Given the trauma of that experience and the poor service at a place that should be doing better, we won’t be returning. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience.

The customer service from the staff was excellent! Despite the restaurant being quite busy when we arrived, they remained calm and friendly, offering great assistance. However, the food could use some improvement; the dough was lacking in flavor and texture, and the toppings were somewhat bland. On a positive note, I was thrilled to see they offered non-dairy options for my child with a dairy allergy!

I ordered a salad and received a bowl that was 1/3 of the way filled. I asked the employee if it was supposed to be this empty and all I got was a yes . Also, the menu shows the salad as 11.49 but rings up as 12.49. I brought it to the employees attention and she just said she would mention it to the manager. I will not be throwing away my money here again.

Whatever you do, don't order the $13 caprese salad To Go. I basically got a handful of soggy oiled spring mix lettuce instead of arugula, shredded mozz cheese instead of fresh, and a few tomatoes. The pizzas are bomb, but steer clear of the salads! I want my money back. I could have made this for $3. Oh wait! I was about to post with pics before I decided to dig through it with a fork to see if basil was even in it....and I just found a HALF a piece of fresh mozz broken in half in the bottom. I don't think the girls had any idea what they were doing. Ugh, drooling at my husband and son with their yummy pizzas and I got this **** poor salad. Attaching a pic of what it's SUPPOSED to look like. I hope the manager reviews this and teaches their staff on what a caprese salad is.
