Starbucks - Corona

The service of this diet is always great and the baristas are always so friendly. Today I had my first bad experience and it was not because of the actual service, but because of the management that had a meeting outside. I was on a walk with my dog and I would normally sit and then let my drink go back, this time I decided to go home when my drink was made because two (I guess) supervisors / manager sat outside in the chairs talk badly about the employed and their working habits. I understand that such things have to happen, but before loading so loud it is in bad taste.

My favorite spot to go since it’s super close to my work. Jill and Marlisa and the rest of the staff are super friendly and would always provide an excellent customer service.

This is an amazing location! All the baristas are super sweet, friendly, and strive to build positive relationships with their customers. Even though this location is not as close to me as other locations, I do still try to come to this location to visit the baristas that transferred from my closest Starbucks.

Such an awesome staff. Today at 5:00 I went to the drive-through unknowing that my car was making a very loud ringing noise. Danny- let me know about the noise and let me restart my car in the drive-through (there was no line told me to park to get it checked out. After calling the mechanic, I realize that my car had a serious issue that had I not been notified about could've been very dangerous for me to get back on the freeway. I sat in the parking lot waiting for my tow truck to come (3 hours! . Taylor checked on me while waiting outside, making sure I was okay asked if I needed anything. Once my driver arrived, she made him a coffee, on her, and made sure I got in safely. As a young woman they made me feel super safe took such great care of me. My Chai tea Latte was so good too. I'm so grateful for these people! Thank you so much Danny Taylor
