Contribuiți la feedbackThis café recently changed owners and is no longer vegetarian, but they do offer vegan options. In this small town, there are limited choices, especially for breakfast, so I was grateful that they still had vegan options available. I tried the avocado on sourdough with dukkah, which was delicious but a bit small. My friends who are not vegan enjoyed their meals as well. They only offer oat or almond milk for coffee, with no soy or coconut available. There is a lovely small courtyard in the back and a seating area in the front for those with dogs.
The coffee at this restaurant is truly delicious. The cold press with soy milk was divine, but the hot drinks we tried were also amazing. The almond chai latte, almond ginger latte, and soy decaf latte were all excellent. The menu indicates vegan options, which sound great even though we didn't have lunch there. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
I visited today and while the main menu heavily featured cheese, there were 2 vegan options available. When I inquired about vegan options, the staff showed me another menu behind the bar with 6 or 7 strictly vegan meals. I had a great meal and the restaurant was lovely, but unfortunately there were no vegan desserts. I was informed that a new menu with vegan desserts will be available starting tomorrow. If I had visited tomorrow, I would have given this place 5 stars.
Ask for the separate vegan menu. The staff is very friendly, food is yummy. They have a toilet in the backyard and free wifi.
Really enjoyed my meal which was a cajun cornbread over humous with red cabbage, really tasty my partner had a big breakfast which looked good too. Such a treat to have so many choices.
