Best restaurant in Bolivia. This wine bar Bolivia's Tapas Bar is something very special in La Paz, a completely different concept for the other bad quality places in the area. When we arrived, we were greeted by a young manager who spoke perfect English and explained the concept as they only use Bolivia products directly from farmers and the whole wine of Bolivian producers. The concept is to give you a checklist menu that you will write about 30-40 dishes all tapas size. You also have a tasting plate for 2 people, which gives you a large section of the menu there is worth the money. It will be about $10 a person, including a bottle of wine. I can honestly say this is the best restaurant I visited in La Paz, the attention to detail quality gives him a European standard that would not be outside Paris or London. I'm so impressed. well done to the team... P.s: only a fast note there is no obvious sign outside the restaurant, so it is a little difficult to find, but just look at my photo below for the glass door.

Wow, what a wine bar! Large and extensive collection of Bolivian wine, delicious cheese and charcoal cellar, homemade pimples, crispy bread and warm and welcoming hosts! A visit is highly recommended.
