The Barge - Cornwall,Isles of Scilly

What a great discovery! This converted barge is home to friendly and welcoming staff, serving up a fabulous breakfast and excellent coffee.

My partner and I went to The Barge for a quick lunch and enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach from the canal. It's a perfect spot for those planning a beach day or exploring the town's canal area. The food was delicious and I particularly enjoyed the fry up that I ordered.

During a stroll along the canal in Bude, we stumbled upon this charming establishment and we were thrilled that we did. The menu offered a great variety of dishes, with generously sized portions, and the staff was very friendly. The unique setting of dining on a barge added to the experience. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bude.

Called in and had a lovely cup of coffee. Beautifully warm and cosy barge on a cold day. Spotlessly clean and lovely, friendly staff. We decided to go back for lunch and we weren’t disappointed. Good plateful of well cooked, tasty food. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and we will be back.

This Barge place café is absolutely ghastly, very overpriced and the coffee is absolutely disgusting, Luke warm and weak! Food is overpriced and tasteless and tastes vile so not good! All in all a waste of time and money I shall stay well clear and let the gulable people get ripped off! As for the smell of dogs well that’s absolutely disgusting!
