It's really gone down hill a lot unfortunately. I just ordered lunch and the broccoli on my plate was literally still frozen. The chicken was obviously over fried in oil that hadn't been changed frequently enough. They are nice the food was just not worth it. QQ in new Windsor is much better. Food here is not good I wasn't even going to make the review but I had to give the place another try and wow it just keeps getting worse I was just talking to another costumer in Sakura about how bad the food at Chan's is and he said he got chicken in broccoli there that was raw and turned him sick I also was just giving crab Rangoons that's where all exploded or under cooked and doey
