The Quincy Exchange - Corning

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the atmosphere is nice. However, it is a bit expensive for the portion sizes. I prefer more laid-back dining experiences. Unfortunately, they were not willing to make simple changes to the menu, which was frustrating. For example, my wife wanted a biscuit instead of toast and they refused. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, service a 4, and atmosphere a 4.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere, for both brunch and dinner! Monkey bread is a fantastic, rich, and sweet must try at brunch if you're into that type of thing, orange cardamom French toast is delicious and unique as well. Also tried brunch specials of watermelon cosmopolitan very nice and biscuits and gravy, which was perfectly peppery, mushroomy, and savory over cornbread biscuits. For dinner, the warm bread is a great way to start with some unique butter options. More fun drinks to choose from as well. Can't go wrong with the Quincy salad, roasted duck breast, or French onion soup duck was cooked to perfection, and accompanying croquettes are also a hit! Can't recommend semifreddo and s'more bread pudding desserts enough, another couple of must tries, semifreddo like a rich semifrozen chocolate mousse, and s'more style may be the best way to do bread pudding.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I enjoyed a dirty martini, shrimp cocktail, and Caesar salad with anchovies. It's worth noting that this restaurant used to be a bank, and they have maintained the vault as a unique feature.

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary at Quincy Exchange on 9/14/23 and it was a fantastic experience! The hostess in the lovely blouse warmly greeted us and seated us in a great spot near the bar. Our server, Joshua, really made the evening special for us with his excellent recommendations for drinks such as the watermelon mule and peach gimlet. Our meal included delicious deviled eggs two ways (crab caviar and oysters), a burger with bacon and twice fried potatoes, and lamb ragu pasta with summer squash. The highlight was the vanilla ice cream with brown butter caramel sauce for dessert. If you get the chance, try a drink from their private stock vault! I highly recommend dining at Quincy Exchange if you are in the Corning area.

The food was absolutely delicious. The flavors are exiting and fresh, an emotional experience for a food lover. Everything was skillfully prepared and presented.
