The waitstaff is all very new give them some latitude, they have great attitude but don't know the niceties or the menu very well. We had a great time and will be back. Our dishes: carpaccio appetizer, braised short ribs on polenta, and roasted branzino on a perfect risotto spinach bed. All perfect. They could have upsold us on the wine, you have to take the reins.
This is a very nice and cozy restaurant. I had the steak pincho and loved it. My partner had the steak chimichurri pizza and it was really good too. The pickled salad was amazing too! Will certainly go back to see if the surf and turf with the Madagascar shrimp is available it was an impressive plate. They also have gluten free pasta which is a plus for anyone with Celiac. Staff and Chef are really friendly.
Tucked away in Corinth, TX, Bella Maca offers an interesting hybrid of Argentinian/Italian dining in a comfortable and modern space. They offer a large a varied menu, leaning heavily into the Italian cuisine. The head chef has some extremely impressive credentials (I won't spoil here, ask when you dine! , and the dishes are quite tasty ... as well as AMPLE! I had the chicken parmigiana, and it was, unequivocally, the largest piece of chicken I have ever seen. Very juicy, with a lighter breading and a marinara that didn't overpower the dish. Others in our party had the Poor Man's steak with fries (perfectly cooked with a fried egg on top! , Chilean Sea Bass, also expertly prepared, and a steak pizza which was surprisingly huge. Full wine and bar service, friendly staff make this a worthy addition to North Texas.
Stumbled upon this place on Thanksgiving. One of the only places open, and I was really glad I did.The salmon was absolutely perfect. It was a high quality filet, had a crisp exterior but just melted in my mouth. The flavors were on point. I'd say the best I've found in the area. Also the empanadas and brussel sprouts were bomb af.It had a really personal vibe. The chef both took our order as well as brought us our food... and even worked the bar when he wasn't cooking.10/10 would recommend and will be back.
Outstanding restaurant! We had a 17 top and all our meals were out within 10 mins of each other. 1 single chef working and the rest of the restaurant was packed as well. Chef Bandt and his staff did a fantastic job and it was a wonderful experience. We will be back for sure. <3
