Petrino - Corfu

I visited this restaurant twice during my week in Kassiopi because of the wonderful options available. The menu clearly marked the vegan and vegetarian choices in a separate section, and the chef showed a strong passion for his food. I particularly enjoyed the vegan burger, which was made with homemade quinoa patties and served without buns.
