Went to eat twice in my time in Cordoba. The food was great but it took more than 45 minutes for the food to arrive and although the taste was great it was overcooked. Waiter mentioned they had 60 people upstairs but we weren't warned. Second time I made sure the place wasn't too busy.
Nice place, excellent meat. A little pricy. Service was slow but understandable because everything was cooked on demand. No reheating or semi cooked food. We didn't have wine because it was lunchtime with much to do afterwards so we can't review the wine list. Would certainly return
Many visits to this lovely city. First dinner in this restaurant near the best hotel in Cordoba!Maybe I'm a really bad orderer. Maybe I'm too fussy ..... BUT .... my advice is. Do not, under any circumstances order the Pollo Alvaro. Stale, fried, swimming in tasteless cream sauce and covered in greasy lattice cut crisps. I only ate what I ate because I was really hungry. Otherwise I would have sent the whole lot back!It says carnes y vino. Don't stray from that if you want decent food. My fellow diner said his meat was good and to be fair it looked good. This is dated cooking and not well done. Understatement.Service ..... regular.Ambience .... regular.Price .... high for Argentinans.
