Absolutely incredible!! More than a haute cuisine restaurant, it is a temple of gastronomy, from the moment you walk through its doors you are transported to another reality, to another atmosphere, even to another planet where the imagination and good work of Mr. Paco Morales has its own kingdom. of flavors, a place where time stands still to be able to enjoy the marvelous choreography almost as if we were in a theater where different actors tell us a story of time, flavors and textures. Simply incredible what happens within those four walls. We can only thank you for the wonderful experience and the treatment received by this generous human team full of professionals. In the end everything works based on expectations. After going to many Michelin star restaurants, it may not be so easy to be surprised, and although Noor 's proposal is not bad there is nothing that stands out. By parts: the setting is cold: room without natural light with little charm. The robotic and not very close service: very young people reciting in a serious and theatrical way dishes that they don 't know what they are (I asked a waitress for one of the ingredients and she admitted that she didn 't know what it was), and the food... Well, it 's fine, of course, but we found it predictable and lacking in originality both in presentation and power of flavors. The dishes that we liked the most were the Pistachio Karim with the apple covered in chocolate (although we thought it was a very small amount) and the first of the desserts (I don 't remember now which one it was, but based on citrus).
