El 12 Fusion - Córdoba

We had our wedding with El 12 Fusion (also called Orate Catering) booked since last year so we were nervous about the recent bad reviews here and made sure Lourdes and Fran knew what we wanted and paid extra to guarantee a high quality level. Unfortunately, despite promises that bad reviews would be an exception and not their fault, they provided truly disgraceful service that day. The food had been pre-cooked, so it was often dry and cold. The dishes were served with hardly any filling, sauces, condiments and garnishes were missing or they were half the size of the tasting. We requested and paid extra for specific wines and on the day they served others with no refunds or apology, we also paid extra for larger portions and they were small. The beers came out so slowly that many guests were thirsty. They behave well at first, but then they do things as cheaply and lazily as possible at every moment of the day: not enough staff, food, or drinks. How much money do they save by giving small portions of salmorejo, or not putting pesto or mayonnaise on canapés that are supposed to have it, or by keeping some unopened beers? They have no shame. As a result, the wedding seemed cheap and sad.
