Papa John's - Corby

Today, I ordered a pizza from this restaurant for the 12th time. Each time, I make it clear that I am allergic to cheese, and they have always left it off. However, today the pizza arrived with cheese on it. When I called to have it replaced, they refused and blamed me for the mistake. I followed the same process as before, and even reminded them of my allergy when they asked if I had already eaten the pizza. It is ridiculous that they would ask such a question. I would recommend staying away from this place, as they only seem to care about getting your money.

I just received a delivery from Papa John's and I have to say... the pizza was absolutely delicious. My husband isn't normally a fan of pizza but I convinced him to try it and even he thought it was great. We will definitely be ordering from here again. Even the delivery driver was polite and friendly. Thank you for a great experience, from one happy customer.

We ordered on line for Mother’s Day. The order process was simple and easy to do. The pizzas arrived and they where placed on a empty box on the floor for us to pick up as part of the coronavirus controls. The pizzas and sides where all correct. They where warm and very tasty. Highly recommend

Tried papa johns for the first time and was not disappointed good value for money helpful customer service wasn't too sure on the deals which where then explained to me and best of all lovely pizza 100% ordering again delivery time also not too bad 5 mins earlier than the stated time.

Recently, I ordered two large pizzas and garlic bread from this restaurant. Unfortunately, the pizzas were the worst I have ever tasted - stale, dry, and overcooked. I couldn't bring myself to eat it, and ended up throwing it all away. When I called the restaurant to request a refund, I was met with a rude and arrogant man on the other end. He insinuated that we had not picked up our order, despite the fact that we had just returned from there with the food in front of us. It was a baffling experience, and I would advise against ordering from this establishment. The man who answered the phone clearly needs some training in customer service, or perhaps just to be a bit nicer. It was outrageous that he suggested we retrieve the pizza from our bin and drive all the way back to the store. I will be contacting Papa John's directly to address this issue, rather than dealing with this sorry excuse for a restaurant.
