Mcdonald's - Corby

It is disappointing that the restaurant did not include the sauces I requested. It took me 15 minutes to drive there, so by the time I returned home, the food was cold and had to be thrown away.

Horrible. Ordered food. Half came missing wouldn’t get a refund, customer service is atrocious, the security wasn’t much of a help either. Kicked us out? fix yourself up man

As the title suggests, the customer service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. They served us a burnt patty and charged us 35 pounds for what seemed like empty air. Our order, worth 25 pounds, was missing 2 meals. When we called to report the missing items, they admitted their mistake and refunded us for one meal, but never gave us the other. The receipt stated 20 pounds, the app said 15 pounds, but we were somehow charged 35 pounds. Absolutely ridiculous. The staff were rude and argumentative, and we were eventually kicked out with no help from security. The so-called "manager" did not handle the situation properly and clearly did not know how to do her job. It was a complete mess and we were blamed for the restaurant's mistakes. False advertising and terrible service all around.

Worst experience I’ve had today!!!! I often go to this McDonald’s with my girls to have lunch and usually was a good experience but today NO! A big NO! I ordered a meal for me and a happy meal for them, they forgot to put the fries for my order (which is not a problem if you forget) so I went to the counter to tell them to give me my fries, the young lady there looked at me like I did idk what, she went at the making table where, I guess here supervisor was and told her that she did put the fries on the tray, she looked at me and she said the same thing so I went back to my seat to check again, obviously the chips were not there, finally she gave me the fries and went back to my place. After a couple of minutes that young lady and another lady just show up at my table saying “this is the lady that said she didn’t got the fries” this should not happen for a medium size fries!!!! Idk if it was racism or whatever but that never happened to me before!!! Everyone was looking at me like I’ve stolen something!!! This is not normal!

Cold and Burger missing. So today 5th Feb at 12 o'clock I went to corpartion street mcds. Ordered 2 big tasty meals with bacon, was busy so was expecting hot cooked food. Got home, which is 2 mins away to cold food and one of the meals was actually missing the burger?!!! It had the bacon
