I asked for a drink with no ice. Now I get that people ask for that to get more product BUT it 's insane to tell people they HAVE TO get ice.Do what i did when I bartended, I always said no problem, just be aware it won 't look as full because our drinks are measured. Easy, simple solution and you get a lot less angry customers and it lessens the opportunity for your baristas to show how much they lack customer service skills and talk condescendingly to customersYour barista told me I HAVE to get light ice, that she has sensitive teeth too and I can use a straw. And proceeded to ask me about where I go that they allow me no ice in my drink.Seriously if I 'm paying $6 for a drink I really should be able to make the decision on if I want my drink super chilled or not.

Wen here Christmas Eve for a quick pick me up. Excellent customer service and turned out great!
