Red Ginger - Coralville

This is really on my list of the best places to eat in Iowa. Since the move from San Francisco I had difficulty finding really good Asian food, but my search is over now. Red Ginger was spectacular in every way. All flavors were subtle and delicate. Every dish has just increased the meal and nothing else fascinated. I had the Teriyaki chicken and even the sauce was tasteful without being too sweet as most teriyaki sauces. I especially enjoyed the fried California roll with peanut sauce. I've never had this combo and it was worth waiting. I will visit this place on most of the Iowa City trips now.

My party of ten last night loved the sushi and the atmosphere. I'm five or six times away and the service and the food are always great. Great prices at lunchtime. Very recommended!

We were here a few weeks ago and were some of the freshest and best sushi we had, and we are fanatics. Will definitely be back

Love it, quick fast and friendly. Super Volcano roll is our all time favorite. Can't forget the crab Rangoon.
