Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Ordered bacon double combo, but was erroneously given triple jalapeño pepper jack instead (don?t like jalapeños). We ordered to go and didn?t have time to go back and get it corrected. Mistakes like this can happen, but I reached out to the restaurant and never heard back no follow up. 1 star.

Freddy's is a favorite in our family. Get the app for some serious rewards and free food. The Fry Sauce is so good we buy a bottle of it and take home! In the fall, order the Pumpkin Pie Concrete and they will legit cut a piece of pumpkin pie and blend it into the custard for a very tasty concrete! The Oreo sandwich is another good treat. Get a free one on the app!!

First time ever visiting a Freddy's, really nice crisp Edge on the Burger, Great flavor, the bacon left something to be desired. I did have the cheese fries which were very good, the turtle concrete mixer was very good as well. I would say I prefer Freddy's over Steak and Shake any day.

The burger was really good, the fries are definitely thinner and longer than how most of us think of fries. However, don?t let that full you the fries are just right, not too crispy, and not too soggy, and very tasty because of their seasoning also, their fry sauce goes perfectly with the fries. Also, for no extra charge you can get a frozen custard with your meal. By far the best fast-casual restaurant ever. Definitely would recommend.

We've visited numerous Freddy's nationwide, from Bakersfield, California, to Nebraska, to Illinois. This location, by far, is the worst. Messy, messy, messy. Food quality lacked. And staffing was not attentive. We finished our meals inside with a floor covered in french fries, wrappers, and other garbage. Afterwards, we went to the counter to order custard to go. Stood there in an empty restaurant for three minutes. Five staff members walked around us. No other customers, and no one bothered to ask if we needed anything. This was at 3pm on a Sunday. Sad for the chain as we love Freddy's, just not this location.
