Contribuiți la feedbackWe ordered thru the app and our order should be ready by 8:18 PM but we got there 8:25 and they hadn’t even started it. We asked the employee (seemed the manager) if should take long and he didn’t even know about our order. At the end it was ready at 8:48 (yes, 30 minutes late) and we mentioned this was our first and likely last order at Pieology, and his response was “that’s ok”. Poor business owner. Hope they don’t blame Covid, economics, etc., if things don’t go well. You get what you give.
False advertising !!!!!!!!!!!!..............menu says 2 cookies for 3.99.........tried to charge me 5.58 ..........would not honor menu price !!!!!!......bad .....customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The location is run down and the staff is either really good or mediocre. Food tastes the same though, the quality is good regardless.
I had an order for three pizzas delivered through Uber Eats.When the order arrived there were 2 pizzas and drinks and the pizzas we received were not correct. Also the order took 2 plus hours to get to us. Uber driver said he had to wait and said the store gave him what they had.I called the store and treated.the person on the phone nicely. He said they would refund the $61 for the order and the fact we had to drive to the store to get the order corrected.Since that day I have gone back and called and each I was told the refund was on its way.It really burns me that this place didn’t do what I was told they would.
Staff is great. Super friendly and willing to work to get you the pizza you want. Would recommend for the service alone. Komorah is great. Super friendly and outgoing. Her friendly attitude made my night.
