Original Pancake House - Coral Springs

AWESOME SERVICE! AWESOME FOOD! My heart and I had an amazing culinary experience at The Original Pancake House in Coral Springs, FL with our waitress Giovanni! She was friendly, polite and raised positive energy. She was so attentive to our needs, heard and responded to our questions about the menu. We have selected some of our decisions from their recommendations. TOPH in Coral Springs is the best place to go to breakfast! The sharp, seasoned veggie suckers are my favorite! The oven huge, baked spinach/garice/mozzarella omlette, and the huge baked apple cake was a special treat...like the consistency of bread pudding with delicate caramelized apples, and a crispy cinnamon, brown sugar crust. ALL Heavely... just ask for a bag to go many boxes and be ready to take most of them home.

I wanted brunch and everywhere else was filled with waiting times over 30 minutes, so my friends said why not OPH? It turned out better than I thought. The place has a comfortable feeling and our waitress was very attentive to us. My pancakes were great and we're the sides. Additional points for freshly pressed orange juice! I will try again to make more menu safe.

My husband and I were here a few times, but they also ordered pickup. Recently we came here with our 3 year old daughter and had a great time. We had her oven baked omelet, that's so amazing! We also had their crepes that tried our first time and we were not disappointed. Our daughter had her rainbow pancakes, and she wouldn't lay the fork long enough because she loved it! The food here is beyond the good and the staff is friendly. Our daughter loved our waitress and even told her that she loved her blue hair. We still have to try everything from the menu, but we will definitely come back for more. The place was very clean and had a nice atmosphere, including the bathroom. Very recommended for breakfast or anytime.

American Classic Breakfast. All about eggs (two of two of two) is my favourite: 49 pancakes, over simple eggs, bacon and hash brown; accompanied by 2 cups of coffee. Ladies is the best waitress, she will feel you at home.
