Mcdonals - Coral Springs

Overall, this location offers decent customer service. The food is typical McDonald's fare, so I can't really complain, and it's generally served hot. My only concern is with a few specific employees who often don’t smile or seem approachable, making it uncomfortable to ask for assistance if needed.

I had some issues with both the kiosk and the app, which was frustrating. However, the staff member at the counter was very helpful when they were available. The person I suspect was the manager, as they were wearing a different uniform, kept glancing at me but didn't acknowledge my apology. That’s why I gave it 4 stars.
