Casa Tequila - Coral Springs

I ordered through Uber Eats and wish I could give zero stars. Are you really serving food like this? I wouldn't even give this to my dog, and you're charging $20 for it? This is the worst meal I've ever had!!! I highly recommend not ordering from this restaurant!

The waitstaff seemed uninformed and inattentive. For instance, when I placed an order on October 3rd, I was not asked if I wanted to order bottles of beer, and when I ordered a fajita quesadilla, it was supposed to come with rice, pico de gallo, salad, guacamole, and sour cream. However, the guacamole and rice were nearly absent, and there was no pico de gallo at all. The runny salsa that was left on the table was our only option since the servers hardly checked on us. When I finally inquired about the rice, the waitress claimed it didn't come with the dish, even though it was clearly stated on the menu. I have continued to come here reluctantly because my partner loves her super burrito, but we have been met with disappointment every single time. Having previously worked in the restaurant industry myself, I find this level of service unacceptable, and this last experience was the final straw. I might be tempted to visit their Palm Beach location just to see if they suffer from the same indifference.

This restaurant truly feels like a second home. The flavors are fantastic, and the service is top-notch. I absolutely love the fresh guacamole, the Mojito with extra mint, and the Steak Fajitas. You can't go wrong with any dish on the menu; everything is delicious! The portions are generous and bursting with flavor. Over the years, we've often chosen this place for our meals. Yesterday, we had a larger group and were seated at a table, which was very comfortable thanks to the nice chairs.

We loved Casa tequila and went there frequently, but now I am about it for good. Too many commands where absolutely everything is wrong are missing, or you can say that they just rushed through them. The last order was the last straw. Both children's orders came with chicken, which was so badly burned it was black, the fresh guacamole was completely disappeared, and almost every product had something missing or wrong. Casa tequila was amazing for a while. I really hope they're turning everything around.

$20 for One order of fajitas. Salsa was average. Margaritas were $10. Food was average at best. Service was great and thus the two stars. I still can?t get over $20 for one small order of fajitas with 3 small tortillas. My Family and I understand the need for profit. However, this is gouging. Because of what?s listed above we will not be going back. Sad because it?s the closest one to our house.
