The Cheesecake Factory - Coral Gables

Came here today for a family dinner and I have to say I was quite disappointed. We ordered the Filet Mignon, Korean Fried Cauliflower, Grilled Fresh Salmon, Herb Crusted Salmon, Spicy Shrimp Pasta, and the Chicken Soft Tacos. Every dish had something wrong with it.The Filet Mignon wasn't cooked to the right temperature. We requested medium rare and we got medium instead.The Korean Fried Cauliflower was sitting in a pool of sauce so only a few pieces were actually crispy.The Grilled Fresh Salmon didn't have any flavor, it did not have a hint of salt or any spice, and they served it with half a broccoli. They didn't cut the stock off and when we told the server they said that it shouldn't have been served like that. When they went to go fix the problem one of the managers came to our table and told us that they server their broccoli with the stock. I have never heard of any place that servers broccoli with half of the stock. Our server came back again and said that it shouldn't have been served like it was, and that shows me that there is a lack of communication amongst the team of how their food is supposed to be served. The sauce on the Herb Crusted Salmon broke, so it wasn't it's usually creamy sauce but rather a sauce that tasted and felt like drinking butter. The Spicy Shrimp Pasta was not spicy at all. The sauce tasted like a can of tomatoes with a dash of black pepper, and the shrimp were a bit rubbery which meant it was over cooked. The Chicken Tacos we're flavorful, however the tortillas were dry and stale. Overall, we did not have a pleasant evening. The only thing out of all the dishes that was not disappointing was the mashed potatoes.

Thee foods is great, nice decorating place.. ? please make arrangements with city for parking. When you have quests, staffs come to thee restaurants please. Parking needs better arrangements, improving. Gracias. Thanks. ?

Good place to eat. Reasonable prices. Very good service. I gave them 4 stars because the food took to much to come.

Thai Salad was Terrible.Service was slow and poor.Prices were not cheap for the quality.I have not been in CF Dadeland for a long while. Almost totally empty. Now I understand why!

This is definitely not a place for groups. We went in a group to the Coral Gables CF tonight. The bartender was in a sour mood, didn't want to wait on us at the bar, so they assigned us another server. They brought me the wrong order and I accepted it no big deal we were in a group and it was confusing. But when I decided to leave, the waitress said I would have to wait for the entire group check, we asked for separated checks from the beginning. They don't handle groups well and they don't accept Apple Pay... it was an exhausting experience.
