The Cheesecake Factory - Coral Gables

The Filet Mignon wasn't cooked to the requested medium-rare; it came out medium instead. The Korean Fried Cauliflower was drenched in sauce, making only a few pieces crispy. The Grilled Fresh Salmon lacked any flavor, devoid of salt or spices, and was served with half of a broccoli stalk that hadn't been trimmed. When we brought this to the server's attention, they mentioned it shouldn't have been served that way. However, a manager later informed us that they actually serve broccoli with the stalk, which I've never encountered at any restaurant before. Our server later reiterated that it shouldn't have been served like that, indicating poor communication among the staff about how their dishes should be presented. The sauce on the Herb Crusted Salmon had broken, resulting in a texture that was more akin to drinking butter than the usual creamy sauce. The Spicy Shrimp Pasta was not spicy at all; the sauce tasted like canned tomatoes with a sprinkle of black pepper, and the shrimp were overcooked, leaving them rubbery. While the Chicken Soft Tacos were flavorful, the tortillas were dry and stale. Overall, our dining experience was quite unsatisfactory. The only highlight of the meal was the mashed potatoes, which were the sole redeeming dish.

The food is excellent and the decor is lovely. However, please work with the city to improve the parking arrangements. It would be helpful if staff could assist guests with parking when they arrive. Overall, better parking solutions are needed. Thank you!

Great dining spot with reasonable prices and excellent service. I rated it 4 stars because the food took a bit too long to arrive.

Thai Salad was Terrible.Service was slow and poor.Prices were not cheap for the quality.I have not been in CF Dadeland for a long while. Almost totally empty. Now I understand why!

This is definitely not a place for groups. We went in a group to the Coral Gables CF tonight. The bartender was in a sour mood, didn't want to wait on us at the bar, so they assigned us another server. They brought me the wrong order and I accepted it no big deal we were in a group and it was confusing. But when I decided to leave, the waitress said I would have to wait for the entire group check, we asked for separated checks from the beginning. They don't handle groups well and they don't accept Apple Pay... it was an exhausting experience.
