Mcdonald's - Coral Gables

WARNING: This location is NOT open 24 hours. I arrived at 9 PM, but the inside was closed, and they weren’t taking orders at the drive-thru—only for UberEats pickups. When I inquired with an employee, they were quite rude. Please update your hours of operation and consider hiring new staff.

This is the worst McDonald's in Florida. Don't waste your time or money at this terrible place.

My daughter decided to use the drive-thru, which was quite slow, but the place was busy. The parking lot wasn’t very crowded, so it seems most of the customers were using the drive-thru at that time. The burgers she picked were at a good temperature, as I didn't hear any complaints, and the fries were hot, fresh, and smelled wonderful. The entrance and exit to the parking lot are a bit small, making it tricky for people to figure out how to get in and out simultaneously. Some individuals just struggle with navigating tight spaces. Additionally, people distracted by their cell phones make it even harder to move around in the small lot. Overall, it was a good stop since we didn't feel like cooking, and I got what I wanted when I returned to the apartment. Great job to the staff for their hard work and coordination in getting everyone's orders out correctly!

They're totally fine with letting you wait in the drive through for 30 min just so they can tell you they're only taking uber eats and Doordash orders and you need to leave. I've tired to go there 3 times in the last 10 days, each time they were open,but not serving in person customers.

They are completely in order to allow them to wait 30 minutes on the car so they can tell them that they only command over food and doordash and they need to go. I'm tired of going there 3 times in the last 10 days, every time they were open, but not with people.
