B Bistro Bakery At The Collection

It brings me great sadness to write this review. However, this is by far the worst customer service I have received at any dealership. Last week, on March 23rd, my vehicle required emergency auto service. My appointed service advisor Dari Antonio and Scott Struble service manager, failed to assist my request to provide me with a loan vehicle as I am a first responder and I am unable to attend work. I expressed my unhappiness a myriad of times, as a vehicle is a must, as I am the caretaker for my elderly grandma, who recently had surgery. I don’t understand how a luxury brand can not offer its clients a loaner/rental vehicle after 7 days with no car. I adore my car, but if I had known what I know now, I would not have bought it.I would never have purchased a Porsche vehicle. Potential buyers, please rethink going to The Collection Porshe at Coral Gables for maintenance service.

Excellent service! They know their cars. Very clean and professional. My purchase for a Tesla was a smooth transaction. They made me feel like family. Will definitely purchase from them again and recommend to everyone. Ask for Rego!
