Ordered mexicana wrap and bbq sandwhich. After 15 minutes of watching other orders being taken without my order or any other in person order being fulfilled, I was finally told my order would be done in 1 minute, which was actually another 5 minutes. Once given my order, I checked (cause I watched him make it) and there was no bacon on the sandwhich. He then told me they have no bacon left. I told him I wasnt told there was no bacon when I ordered and I only ordered it for the bacon. After arguing with him he said he can give me bacon but in another 5 minutes. I gave up and left as I had already waited 20 minutes and watched him take 11 orders in that time, with none fulfilled that weren't online orders. He had a smile on his face the whole time which is a positive, but clearly not trained to deal honestly with the understaffed situation given to him. When I got home I also discovered there was some ingredients missing in the wrap as well, as evidenced in the picture. Around 22$ for whats pictured here.

The staff here is careless and does not want to work. I asked if the chicken is fresh and they said its not just out but fresh. Came home and its cold and the lady gave me a wing instead of a leg, Really disappointing. Its always hit and miss in this location. Not going again Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
