Boston Pizza - Coquitlam

I recently ordered a Mediterranean pizza with chicken added on top. When my pizza came I got a pesto chicken pizza. I said to the waitress "I ordered Mediterranean" and she said, "yes that's what you've got." But it had pesto drizzles on it, no tomatoes, no feta cheese and no peppers. I think the waitress should've gone to the back, asked the chef: "is this a Mediterranean pizza or a pesto chicken one?" and when she found out she was wrong, she should've apologized and brought me the one I ordered. Instead I ate the pesto one while worrying because I often cannot digest pesto sauce very well.

Had a craving for pasta and thought of Boston Pizza as it was near by. Busy restaurant but we were seated very quickly. Waitress was efficient and friendly. Ordered the artichoke dip for an appetizer and found it very good. My husband ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and the serving was huge and tasty. I ordered fettucine with alfredo sauce and 2 skewers of prawns which was more than enough food and enjoyed every bite!

I ate here on Sunday. This location is disgusting. It also seems like the place people bring large groups of kids and let them do whatever they want. The floor was very gross. It had food all over it. When I asked our waitress if they had a vacuum and that I didn't mind using it for them, she said they have one but it doesn't do anything and she laughed. She did nothing to clean up the food all over the floor. Our table had no food under it but the large table by our table had lots of food under it. They did not clean it and sat new people down. If the restaurant is so gross, maybe the kitchen is worse. It is also very loud, don't come here wanting a relaxing experience. It is like chunky cheese in there, all they need is a slide! I have eaten here before and had the same experience. I have also eaten at other Boston Pizza places and the Coquitlam location is by far the dirtiest and loudest. Staff need training to clean up properly.

I normally enjoy the food and get great service at Boston Pizza. This location however really seems to let us down over and over. My wife and I stopped coming to this location for over a year. It is the closest location to my house so I thought I would give them another shot. Wings were saturated in salt. I did order Salt and pepper wings but the amount of salt was ridiculous. I even wiped the winds off with a napkin and they were still not edible. I also ordered a Boston brute. Normally one of my favourite sandwiches. It arrived cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Totally undercooked. I had to turn around and wave my waitress over to get her attention both for some sauce for my sandwich and for water. She camped out in the serving area chatting with the other servers. I will continue to go to Boston Pizza but this location can have another year off.

Came here as a sports team for our team dinner. They were able to accommodate all of us at one table and the service was good. The food as usual for Boston pizza is average. The prices are about average as well. Will probably return as we know what to expect.
