Baldi’s At Copper Valley

Craig is an awesome chef with a creative menu. My boys love eating here. My wife often gets her RE clients gift cards from here as it doesnt disappoint. The pork chops with mashed potatoes are a must-try! Delicious breakfast options too!

Stayed a few nights at the local hotel and each morning we got breakfast burritos to go from Baldi's. First morning we had the Big Boy breakfast burritos with sausage the 2nd morning same thing but with gravy on the side. Whole heartedly recommend the burritos either way with the salsa they provide or dipped in the gravy. Our last night in town we ordered some simple dinner x rated grill cheese, chicken strips crispy chicken sandwich, to go. Hubby daughter enjoyed the chicken dishes I liked my grilled cheese but would have loved just one or 2 more pieces of bacon for the price. Next time we're in Copperopolis, we'll definitely eat at Baldi's again. I'm super interested to try their lumpia, island macaroni salad, waffles fries with gouda gravy and just about every single other thing on their varied menu. Great food, great atmosphere and great staff!! Food is amazing a little pricey but for once in a while eating out I love!!

Ordered beef stroganoff. Definitely not recommended it had tiny little bits of meat little tiny pieces that were crumbled and over cooked mushy noodles.

So happy this place was open on New Years Day so we could enjoy their fantastic food and ambience. The Cheech Chimichonga is as amazing as described. Their gravy is one of the best I've had. Proportions are generous and the staff were kind and attentive. We will be back next time we are in town.
