Papaws Bac-yard Bbq - Copperhill

I just discovered this spot. As I turned the corner, I noticed the smoke coming from the grill. It's a charming little restaurant with great food. The sides are pretty standard, but the service is fast.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff is wonderful, and the food is exceptional. The brisket is the best I've ever tasted, and the sauces are delicious. I can't wait to return and sample more dishes from the menu!

The owners are genuinely good people who are very approachable. They serve some of the best homemade cobblers we've ever tasted, including blackberry, cherry, and blueberry. Bill, the owner, is a veteran, and he and his staff welcomed us with a warm, homey atmosphere. We all left feeling completely satisfied. This place is definitely worth the drive, offering a bit of history, engaging stories, and a calm, relaxing environment.
