The nachos have both shredded chicken and beef, along with beans, salad and tomatoes and a melted cheese sauce. You were both great! I actually went back the next day to get more nachos before I leave the city! Beautiful atmosphere also with plenty of seating. Charmingly decorated with a well.
The food we had in El Rio was great. It was a holiday weekend and we received an excellent, fast service. We had the Mexican guacamole, Fajitas and Carnitas and it was all amazing. Chips were also great, they taste homemade. We will definitely be back!
Lucky for us, our first dinner choice was closed. That sent us wandering and we stumbled on El Rio. I would lie if I did not say that Mexican food in North Georgia is very sketched for me, but paint me shocked; it was pretty daring good. Our server was thrilled. She was worth 5 stars alone. Food was good, plates smoke hot, but the food wasn't too spicy. We enjoyed a taco salad and a veggie burrito, both we very tasty. We would definitely return next time. We have dinner with a walk around the block and over the river. Ducks were bullshit and live music just around the corner filled the air. It was a brilliant evening run by El Rio.
This was sort of a last resort for dinner on a Sunday evening in Copperhill because it seems like everything closes early. The food was decent. Service was good. The food came out fast so that was a plus. We would eat here again.
This place has a huge crowd during the lunch hours of the scenic railway ride. So you might find waiting here cos of that. However they manage to make you sit depending on the number of people. Food is good and fajitas can be improved. There are two sitting levels and ambience is okay. They can focus on restroom cleaning. Rest was good and staff was also nice and welcoming.
