Sonic Drive-in - Copperas Cove

I placed my order online but still had to wait 10 to 15 minutes, and the food I received was cold. So frustrating!

You need to request napkins and condiments, and even then, you might not receive them.

I would rate it a zero if possible. The service was absolutely terrible. We waited over 30 minutes while people who arrived after us were served. When I asked about our order, a rude employee told me it would be out shortly. This is unacceptable. I finally received our order only after I complained. Justin, you clearly shouldn't be in customer service; you're the rudest person I've encountered.

The food is always good, but they always seem under staft and out of the minimal staff they have working.It's like only one person is working while the others are like whatever.

I waited several minutes just to order, no one responded to intercom. Several other cars drove away after also waiting. I actually got out of my car and noticed no employees inside. Whoever was on the clock today 8/17/24 at 245 pm needs be be fired because they were not at work. Close the business per all the bad reviews!
