Chick-fil-a - Copperas Cove

This review may not be entirely fair because I am comparing it to branches in Austin. The chicken is always delicious, but at the Cove location, the employees do not take orders face-to-face. Instead, they use a loudspeaker which was not very helpful. I missed the personal touch of being greeted by someone in person. I always enjoy seeing the smiling faces of Chic-fil-A coworkers who seem genuinely happy to serve customers. It makes me feel valued.

I will never patronize this restaurant again. The food quality is subpar.

This restaurant in Copperas Cove Killeen provides top-notch customer service. Miss Ellsie is fantastic - she made my wife and I feel like family and had a pleasant conversation with us. We love dining here.

Food was good, some of your team members should learn better manners

As always, fast super friendly, and as delicious as expected! The dining room was clean, air smelled fresh, and staff was very polite!
