Ordered 2 Perch Fish tacos. The fish was kind of tasteless, the batter was not very well seasoned or crunchy. The cilantro and mango salsa were the best parts. The worker was very nice.
The truck is now named Rock Skipper's, an apropos nod to a favored Lake Superior beach activity, with easy accessibility. Owned by a Copper Country local with culinary training, the result is apparent in the fish tacos a sublime combination of flavors: mango habanero sauce, guacamole, cilantro, chipotle cream sauce, blanketing a crispy Lake Superior whitefish fillet. An unexpected treat at the end of U.S. 41!
The whitefish taco was very good. Very polite staff and nice sit down area
