Starbucks - Coppell

Great Starbucks , friendly people and fast service. Not a great parking lot situation but other than that good place to get your drinks.

Took 5 min for 2nd barista to take my order. She was there, just on her phone. Then she rang in my order wrong. Then didn't help the guy making drinks, etc. Took 14 min to get the wrong order.

This location is always understaffed. It takes average of 30 to 45 minutes to receive a mobile drink order. Absolutely unacceptable and under Starbucks

Ordered a cafe latte on the app, as I’ve done several times. Today it was just milk? Totally forgot the coffee. Usually it’s a fine coffee shop, but I’ve started to make the connection that there is a specific employee messing up consistently to the point that if she is there you might as well not even order. Your drink will be screwed up. And to add insult she has terrible manners and isn’t pleasant.

This is my first time at this Starbucks. And I definitely would be back if in the area again.No matter which Starbucks I visit I am always pleased. The thing about this place I noticed when there with my daughter and friend is plenty of outlets to charge your devices.
