Visited on a Saturday morning and immediately greeted at the door by a polite employee who informed us how the restaurant worked and answered any questions we had, considering it was our first time. We ordered the big plate 2.0 (which consisted of pancakes,eggs, bacon, and potatoes) and the creole shrimp omelette (subbed in egg whites and cheddar cheese). Both dishes were very tastyand filling. We also ordered the mimosa flight and the watermelon cucumber martini. So good! It?s self seating, reasonablypriced, and everything came out fast. Highly recommend.

Nice breakfast diner especially for brunch which is Saturday-Sunday open -4pm. Which offers a variety of mimosas. I will be adding pictures of the entrees that my wife and I order I would of have it five stars but I gave 4 due to the fact that theyhave open seating so if you sit down somewhere you have to get back up and order and there is a chance that you will lose yourseat. I also wanted to add, when making your order tell them what you want right there. I asked for ranch and I think he forgotabout me.

Good place for breakfast and brunch. Outdoor seating is perfect for Dallas weather. Service is descent and food is good. I ordered croissants with gravy and mimosa. Loved both of them. Overall had very good experience at black walnut cafe, woulddefinitely go back.

We ordered the large plate 2.0 (which consisted of pancakes, eggs, bacon and potatoes) and the creole shrimp Omelette (in protein and cheddar cheese covered). Both dishes were very delicious and filled. We also ordered the Mimosa flight and the watermelon Gurke martini. All right! It's even seating, cheap, and everything came out quickly. Very recommended.
