Costa Coffee - Copeland

The food is expensive but delicious, with consistently excellent customer service. A 4 out of 5 star rating seems appropriate.

Went in for two take out drinks, ended up waiting an age. I don 't mind a wait if staff look like they 're doing what they can to hurry things along (been there myself, used to work in hospitality), but that was not the case...especially stopping in the middle of taking payment to have a non-relaged chat with another staff member. I think a bit of training is needed to speed things up to normal service speed...or at least a sorry for your wait would be nice.

I like Costa, it looks nice and modern, quite cosy. Coffee is nice, quality. Some snacks are nice, although berry cake was hard, could hit it with a knife. Most staff are friendly, with one or two exceptions. The new seating outside looks cheap, and the toilets always smell awful.

I often come here the hot chocolate is amazing the only downfall is a lot of the time the queues are slow and the tables are all taken but if you time it right you can have a nice view of king street while your having your chosen drink pl entry of drinks and snacks to chose from would recommend a visit

Took my son for a hot chocolate, Decided to sit outside as inside was pretty full and it was a lovely day, Only trouble is, there was a queue and I meant leaving son outside alone, Not an option I'm afraid. Spoke to a member of staff(girl with glasses) Fantastically helpful. Took our order, gave her cash and loyalty card, She came back with our order. I had 1 very happy son. Thanks very much guys Fantastic service.
