Serenata Paisa - Copacabana

Excellent service Great taste made at home. Excellent service. Access to the place is a little longer, but it is worth it. Definitely a place to come back.

This place is excellent and cheap. We live close and people come to visit us we can feed 6 people for like 60,000 COP (about 20 USD). You can get the same food across the street at Queareparaenamorarte for about 3 times the price granted the atmosphere might be a little nicer but Serenata Paisa has high quality fresh food at great prices and they take credit cards. The employees are friendly and upbeat. The service is great and quick and the food is incredible. We usually sit outside in the back covered area.

However, your food is very good if you want to order wine or any kind of alcohol, the waiter takes you to a liqueur next to the restaurant, you pick what you want and only take for the waiter and open the bottle we were charged $50,000 on the bottle we wanted. When we asked the cashier, he said that it was like it worked, so we said that no one had mentioned it and that this was a bad way to do business. At first they refused to reimburse our credit card, so we asked to talk to the manager while one of the young waiters had a very contemptful face and murmured something that made us very angry and things started getting heated, I asked the girl why she had made this face and she replied that it was the only face she had. We got our money back $50,000) but we were so upset that we will never return there. We live in the states and have brought friends and family to this restaurant for the last 5 years and are our last visit safe in 2018.

Nice place to stop for a lunch or dinner. Has ample parking and a bakery with convenience store. Great food with friendly service.
