The restaurant's social media indicated it would be open for dinner at 6 PM on Friday, and we were able to make a reservation for that time. However, when we arrived, the place was closed, and no one appeared to be there to open it. We tried calling, but no one answered. We were really disappointed. This left us scrambling to make alternative plans for our group with no notice on a Friday night.

We made a reservation for breakfast since we were short on time. However, upon our arrival and after being seated, we were informed that there was no chef available, which meant we could only choose from the items in the cabinet. Unfortunately, we decided to leave and find another place to eat. The menu looked great, and the staff were friendly, but it was quite disappointing to be told about the chef situation after we were already seated, rather than being informed ahead of time or when we first arrived, especially since we had made a reservation.

This was a charming café with a great menu variety. The only downside was that we had to walk back outside to place our order, even though we were seated indoors.

Amazing little cafe! Great food and wine, just like their sister place Balancing Heart winery in Stanthorpe region.
