Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Coon Rapids

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a negative experience. It turns out they were only accepting mobile orders, but this information was not displayed anywhere. Despite trying to place an order online, it wouldn't go through. When I called, the person on the other end said they were too busy to take my order. I asked for help in placing my order, but was told there was nothing I could do since they couldn't take my order, I couldn't go in person, and my online order wouldn't go through.

I have been frequenting this restaurant for lunch recently and my initial experience was just passable. The customer service was lacking. I decided to give it another try, but unfortunately, a young lady who wasn't even in uniform appeared to be very unhappy to be there. She carelessly tossed my sandwich onto the counter without handing it to me, unlike how she had handed the customer before me his sandwich. I did not appreciate this behavior and as a result, I will not be returning. Overall, it was a very unwelcoming experience.

The grilled chicken cheddar sandwich was delicious! I added extra hot peppers and it was perfect. Logan, our server, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was constantly busy, both cleaning the dining room and assisting customers. It's always great to see employees who go above and beyond with a smile. Thank you, Logan!

I did a big pause on ordering from Potbelly since every order had been consistently wrong. Happy to report that the last two orders were exactly right! Thank you Potbelly for the delicious dinner tonight!

Food was great, people were decently nice. I went in on a quiet Tuesday afternoon. There seemed to be 3 employees working. 1 other table was occupied. My only gripe is how 75% of the tables were dirty, and not cleaned up after a party had left. The whole if there 's time to lean, there 's time to clean attitude was clearly not part of this staff 's approach. Instead of standing around doing nothing, maybe hop out and clean up the dirty tables?
